Drake and Major Edwin Armstrong were</B></div> <div> <B>part of a very select and creative group of people who were years ahead of</B></div> <div> <B>their time.  Their theories and inventions became the backbone of electronics.</B></div> <div> <B>In 1954 ownership of Browning Laboratories passed to Gardiner G.
